Biography

Marguerite M. Elias, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, joined Gogo in September 2007. Previously, from June 2004 until July 2007, Ms. Elias served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of eCollege.com, a publicly traded provider of outsourced eLearning solutions where she was responsible for all legal and compliance issues, managed the human resources function and was a member of senior management. Ms. Elias was in private practice for 15 years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Katten Muchin Rosenman, where she specialized in federal securities law, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Since 2007, Ms. Elias has served on the board of directors of Datamark, Inc. Ms. Elias is a member of the American Law Institute. Ms. Elias received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and a J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
