Biography

Norman Smagley, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has served as Gogo’s Chief Financial Officer since September 2010. Mr. Smagley brings 18 years of experience as a chief financial officer for both public and private companies across many industries, including technology, financial services, pharmaceutical, retail, industrial and publishing companies. Most recently, Mr. Smagley served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rand McNally, a publisher of maps, atlases and other reference materials, from May 2002 to March 2010. Mr. Smagley received both his B.A. in Economics and Master’s Degree in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
